• DESIGNING A WEBSITE
    THE PROCESS

The Planning Process

In this section we will talk you through the process we go through when building a website look, otherwise known as "the template".

We design the pages in three sections and build up on that. The three stages are:

Stage 1, The header, this is the top section of the site and contains the logo and menu
Stage 2, The next stage we design is the footer, this is the bottom section of the site and normally contains any links to social media and also any other links such as terms and conditions etc.
Stage 3, This stage is called the content stage and is the main section of the site containing content such as "an introduction, about the company, main images etc"

Do you have a company logo or a colour scheme in mind?

Our graphic design department are here to put your thoughts to images.

We have graphic designers and photographers ready to bring your website to life, they say "a picture tells a thousand words".

This is where we start coding the template, working with the client we put together the basic look of the site before adding content.

At this stage we can start building any databases you might require.

A database is a collection of information that is organized so that it can easily be accessed, managed, and updated. In one view, databases can be classified according to types of content: bibliographic, full-text, numeric, and images.

The website is built details are given so clients can login and see the stages as we go along, when everything is complete we move the site to the live servers.
